Terms of Service for Befer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Befer web application ("Service"). You acknowledge that you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for and using Befer, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms or policies that may apply to specific features or services of Befer.
Services Provided
Befer offers a range of features for blue-collar businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI Calling & AI Image Generation: Automate calls and image creation for your business.
- Integrations: Connect with third-party services such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping, GMB for analytics and reviews, and Zapier for workflow automation.
- Payment Processing: Stripe is used to process payments for Befer packages. Payments are processed directly without any additional charges.
In-App Purchases (Mobile Application)
- Monthly Subscriptions: Befer offers subscription plans exclusively on a monthly basis through its mobile applications. These subscriptions are processed via the respective app store's (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) payment systems.
- Billing and Renewal: Your account will be charged at the confirmation of purchase and automatically renewed each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current monthly period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your device's account settings after purchase.
- Refunds: All in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, respectively. Befer does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases. Please refer to Apple's or Google's support for refund requests.
- Pricing: Pricing for in-app purchases will be displayed within the app and may vary based on region and currency. Applicable taxes may be added to the purchase price.
- Restoring Purchases: In the event of app reinstallation or device change, you may be able to restore previously purchased monthly subscriptions through the app's "Restore Purchases" function, using the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase.
User Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about your business when signing up for Befer.
- Ensuring that you have the legal right to share the business information you provide to Befer, including but not limited to the name of the detailer, working hours, services, and booking slots.
- Keeping your account information secure and alerting us right away if you think your account may have been accessed without authorization.
Third-Party Services
Befer integrates with third-party services like Stripe, QuickBooks, GMB, and others. When you use these integrations, it means you're taking the third party services' terms and conditions seriously. Befer is not responsible for any issues or errors arising from third-party integrations.
Payments and Fees
Befer offers a straightforward pricing model, where you are charged only the price of the package you choose. No other fees or charges will be applied. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made promptly and accurately.
Data Sharing
Upon signing into Befer, your business information (including but not limited to the name of the detailer, working hours, services, and booking slots) will be shared with third-party AI bots for service-related purposes. Befer is also authorized to share transaction data with third-party applications like QuickBooks when integrated.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Befer at our sole discretion if we believe that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
Befer disclaims any responsibility for damages, whether they are direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, that may result from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes damages for loss of data, profits, or business, among other things.
Indemnification
Befer, its employees, and agents are protected from any claims, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. You are required to indemnify and keep them blameless.
Modifications to the Service
Befer maintains the right, at any moment and without prior notice, to alter or stop the Service. Any modifications or disruptions to the service will not be our responsibility.
Governing Law
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Befer platform, its services, or these Terms of Use, the parties agree that such matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas, United States of America.
The laws of the State of Texas shall govern this agreement. Each party hereby irrevocably consents to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waives any objections to jurisdiction or venue, including on the grounds of forum non conveniens.
Changes to the Terms of Service
These Terms are subject to change at any moment. We will update the "Last Updated" date and upload the revised Terms on this page as soon as we do. It is your obligation to frequently review these terms.
